Welcome to the Furr-Mine, a C.F.A. registered cattery. We are located in a quaint little town of Berea, KY. It sits at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. It is also known as the Folks Arts & Crafts Capitol of the World.

I am Mitchell and I have a wonderful wife Carol. We love and cherish our beautiful furry friends. I have always had a love for cats and have cared for cats all my life. My wife’s story is different. She had never been acquainted with cats.In 1997, we purchased out first Himalayan and two Persian CPCs. The rest is history…

Here at the Furr-Mine we have most all color-points available. We specialize in the colors of chocolate and lilac. Some of our cats are visuals while the rest carry the chocolate-lilac gene. Our goal is to breed a better quality kitten every breeding, while the overall objective is to produce chocolate and lilac show cats.

All of our kittens come with a health guarantee. Our cattery tested negative for feline leukemia. If you are not in driving distance we do ship! The cost of a health certificate, carrier, and airline ticket will be added to the price of the kitten. A deposit is required to hold any kitten. The amount is half the price of the kitten. All deposits are non-refundable.
